Comes with Medium belt and medium yoke, load lifters, lid and straps that come with lid that converts the lid into a simple day back. It will come with the two blackhawk pouche's shown BUT NOT the MR belt pouches. I would like $475 shipped in the US, I will ship out of US but buyer pays shipping and is responsible for package once I ship.
