Hey guys,
I'm temporarily down in SE Georgia and I'm wondering if there is anyone in the area that would be willing to do a one-off 1084 heat treat for me?
I had enough room to bring some files and some clamps with me when I came down here, but I really don't want to buy a bunch of gear to finish up 1 knife.
Anyway it's a beast of a knife. It's a saex-ish design about 2x16x1/4" and I'd like it to be around rc of 58 or so.
I'd be willing to pay off course, but I'd rather give my business to someone local rather than ship it off to one of the big guys...
