Gaiters

I have a pair of the OR full size gaiters made from GoreTex Paclite and they are pretty sweet. Wearing them during the summer here in Georgia is no problem. They are, of course, warmer than nothing, but they do a really good job of protecting my shins and keeping stuff out of my boots, especially dew from plants on wet hikes. I have a pair of the three layer Gore Crocs as well and the Paclite ones are not nearly as warm.
