Hello my dear friends,
With God's good will today i present you another 'Galaxy' chef knife - a sleek design with an unique appearance.
The blades are made using 12c27 stainless steel ingots at +/- 59 hrc and are hand sanded to a very thin and light profile.
For the handle i used a 'galactic' duet of materials
- buffed black linen micarta and a gorgeous piece of 'galaxy' stabilized maple burl for the bolsters; the bolster pockets are milled. Fittings are solid brass.
The price is only 125 usd/piece (shipping included) + PayPal taxes
