It's a Shcrade xtimer first response rescue knife.
The sch model number is the identifier.

Just noticed this ( see picture )

The tip is slightly bent towards one side. Can anything be done to straighten this out?

There are ways to do it, but not without marring it all up.
It's a cheap 10$ or less knife anyway so I wouldn't worry about it.
