There are two primary tells in that picture from what I can see. The first is the overall blade. The second is what we can see of the tang stamp. (I really don't know enough about either to make a good guess.)
Based on the style of the long pull, the full flat grind, and the lack of a defined swedge, I would guess it is a vintage Old Timer or maybe a Hammer branded knife.
As close as I feel myself getting to the answer, that tang stamp just laughs at me. Who do you represent, tang stamp!? Whooooooooo!!!!!.....![]()
Gunna go with Recon 1 on that one
I purposefully chose that Hammer brand Peanut because it had a lot of patina in that tang stamp so you'd really need to look close or have another example handy to see what it is
Congrats on getting it right Gov.
You got it bro!
Is it a Spyderfly?
Wow, I'm a little surprised that I got that Hammer slipjoint. A peanut no less! (nice knife!)
I am at 4 points now. Here is a new picture:

Al mar ultralight?
You are in the double digits now! Good job.
It is an Al Mar Eagle ultralight.
As a side note to all of us participating with pictures, isn't there a fine line between making this way too hard and way too easy? If I get another chance, I'm going for way too hard.![]()

watch the next pic just be a body screw
How do you like the UL? I've always been curious about al mar but I've never tried one.
The way that I accumulate knives, it is kind of like I am putting together an A-team of individuals who all specialize in different things. The Eagle has held its position in my "A-team" longer than any other modern folder I have owned. If you like the design, and if you can handle the steel/price ratio, then it is definitely a knife to consider checking out. The near-perfect fit and finish is just a cherry on top.
(and I have no idea what that knife is!)
