A Time for Wolves is an interesting title and I remember when he changed it to A Dream of Spring , definitely gives the impression that the Starks come out on top, at least I hope.

I wish he had released The She Wolves of Winterfell with the Dangerous Women anthology. I believe we may find out that Old Nan and Dunk had a thing together, thus producing the bloodline that produces Hodor. I believe that GRRM has confirmed that Brienne of Tarth is a descendant of Duncan, which makes sense if you read her chapter and read the Dunk and Egg series. She is essentially the female version of Dunk, imo.

The brienne / duncan connection is new to me. Interesting. I thought old nan was one of the children of the forest and hodor was part giant.

I have read the series; perhaps missing the last book. It has been so long since George RR Martin wrote in the series that I simply forgot about it and I probably won't be back. I have periodically searched on Amazon trying to figure out what I might have missed. I think I watched the series once at a hotel. Since I know the story line and how Martin just kills off the main characters as soon as you develop a liking for them, I have no interest in the series either. I know about life and I can imagine what life might have been like during those kinds of days, but you have to please your audience somewhat and Martin just leaves me short.
