I can't bait on the WMA we hunt on either. But, some strawberry or grape jello in with a jar of Molasses in about 1/2 gallon of water, sloshed around the bases of trees, and areas around trails will help stir activity without heaps of corn or big bait stations. Cheap, easy, and totally unobtrusive to people eyes.

Another good tip, Thanks Chris.
 
My two favorites are
Bear or Venison steaks cut thin ,
Hot frying pan with butter , salt and black pepper ,
Sear , flip , Sear , flip onto a plate and cut with a fork :D
