Ganga Ram mentioned in a novel

I have never been beaten in a fight.*

Does this make me a braggart?

*I never fight anyone I don't out weigh by fifty pounds and I never fight fair nor will I fight anyone unless I have a firearm and a big knife and they have nothing but empty hands and feet. :)

Just read the first 7 chapters. Looks like a movie to be made. Rather see this than another Hollywood remake.

Dang it, guys...you're making the wait tougher:p

I read A LOT in the winter months. I'm a pool guy, so what else is there to do in the office until it thaws? I must burn through 8 or 9 books. I have to say that MHI was the number one book I read last year. I adore it.

I actually got my co-worker to read it, and he was hooked. Also, now I HAVE to get a chit:p It's one of the few HI models I haven't handled extensively. Good enough for Owen...good enough for me:D

Larry is a huge guy who was competing quite a bit in three-gun competition, at one point. He has had several articles published in SWAT Magazine.

here's a picture of his Chitlangi before it was his. :D

I was watching Bram Stoker's Dracula the other day & it sure looks like Anthony Hopkins & Keanu Reeves have a coupla HIs. Check where Hopkins chops the heads off of the sleeping vampires & when Reeves chops open Dracula's coffin.

Finished Monster Hunters: Vendetta... I'll spare all'y'all and not throw in any spoilers, but... DANG it was a fun read. At least the "Advanced Reader's Copy" that I downloaded. Holds up well compared to the first book and, IMO, may be a better story.

Not as much character arc, if you care 'bout that, but it's a contemporary fantasy thriller; and character arc is great but not nearly as important as lots of gnarly action. Which MH:V delivers.

There are a few new revelations about a couple of familiar characters as well as more time with Z's parents and the introduction of "Mosh Pitt", Z's brother.

Steely_Gunz, this is all probably making you even more antsy to get your hands on the book... and I'm glad. :D I'll wrap it all up by saying that I'm looking forward to the actual relase and from the un-proofed version I've read, it's very well worth the wait!:thumbup::thumbup:

Excellent preview, KChuck:) Thanks:thumbup:

Story arch and character development is already done in the first. I'm ready for a good several hundred pages of action.

I'd love to meet Larry one day. Seems like a talented guy all around.
