Gap between liner and scales on an ebony Case Tribal Spear

I need to hurry up and send it, I was thinking that it would look good with desert ironwood scales. Maybe if I bought some and sent it in with Case?

I tried to talk GEC into removing the non-functioning cap-lifter from my 2011 Forum Knife leaving me with a single blade. My guess is you would have about as much luck with Case as I did with GEC. :o
 
I forget which knife or company it was, but I requested something similar on a knife, and was told that that would make my knife an exclusive, which they did not want to do. I don't think they would put ironwood on it, and I am fearful to get someone to do that, or do it myself, because of the voided warranty. A shame.

I had no problem getting someone to remove the nubbin pen blade and turn my 1930's-1940's two blade Remington barlow into a single blade. Remington hasn't been around for quite some time ;).
