garage sale find..

I was driving today and stopped at a garage sale in san jose ca. I was looking at all the fishing stuff this guy had.. it was mostly junk stuff that looked really old and used. I did however find this old fly reel. it is made in the USA.. hmmm It doesn't have a brand though. I couldn't pass it up for $3.00

nice one! i've picked up a couple of old (50's) reels in yard sales for a couple of bucks as well. a little cleaning and tinkering and they work and look great!!

Nice score! I love garage sales. I just got a garbage can almost full of anthracite coal for $5. Also some really nice wood for handles for about $6. I know this isn't the makers forum, but I had to share!
