Rod Garcia Skookum MK1 Bush Tool.
Excellent example of Rod's work. I am the second owner but the knife remains unused. I have owned it a few years and would love to keep it but it has not made its way into my field rotation and I need to clear some space.
O1 steel with brushed flats and semi polished scan grind, features Rod's micro taint tip, razor sharp. Couple of tiny pepper spots around the butt and on the spine corners which are left intentionally sharp for using a ferro rod. Green Micarta scales with brass Corby's and tubes. As a sheath maker myself I can say without doubt that the sheath he includes is a work of art.
