I have for your consideration a Gareth Bull Shamwari 3.5" on washers.
The 3.5" are rare and they don't come up that often.

The knife is in good shape with stonewashed finish on titanium handles and clip. There are a couple of snail trails that are very very faint.

Comes with taco pouch and tool.

SOLD NET to me includes shipping in the lower 48 only.
Be 18 years old and know your local knife laws

Don't know. I've purchased 4 Shams on the secondary market and have never been concerned with the steel.. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
