Have you taken it apart to try and fix the centering? And what size is this one?

The kalos runs on bearings. The closed length of the knife is 3.25", blade length is 2 7/8th". I have not taken it apart myself to fix the centering.

This is likwidfuzion from knifeclub. Kalos are on bearings. I had an exact same model as OP though I sold mine to a fellow KCer already.
