For sale is a used Gareth Bull Shamwari with a 3.25 inch N690Co blade, I am asking $350.00 or best offer. It was made March 13, 2015 and is listed as #9. I bought this knife from this forum a few months ago and have only briefly used for light tasks. It has a few scratches on the handle but no major apparent blemishes. I quickly stropped it but have not sharpened it as the previous owner also has said he did not do so apparently it has the factory edge. The knife is described as being 3.25 inches on the certificate of authenticity but that is from the tip to the outer edge of the handle not to the pivot which would make it 3.5 inches long. This model has bushings and not bearings and the pocket clip is not deep pocket carry. It is obviously a front flipper and flips smoothly. Lockup is at 80% but can lock to 90% following a hard opening–both positions are shown below in pictures. I disassembled it for a thorough cleaning when I received it and noticed that the screws holding the stop pin in place are beginning to strip. However, this has no effect on function if installed properly: the two stop pin screws are different lengths and as long as each is returned to the proper side of the stop pin it is held securely in place. I contacted Gareth Bull directly for replacements and he said the knife is still under warranty even I am not the first owner and said he would send me replacement screws but I have not heard back from him since.
