Here is one that turned out really well. I really think it has that persian knife look while still maintaining a modern appearance overall. I made a horizontal rig for this one which you would place a belt loop between the loops on the sheath keeping it in position wherever you place it on your belt. (sort of like how MOLLE webbing works) The sheath can be worn left or right side as it unsnaps either side. Also, the retention strap has a piece of shock cord running between the the two snaps so that the strap is pulled out of the way of the blade when you unsnap it. (so you don't cut it off when drawing the knife) Somewhat of an experimental design but one that works very well. Enjoy!

Steel: ATS-34

Linen Micarta Handle Pins/ 3/16" Stainless Lanyard Tube
USMC Black Leather Handstitched Horizontal Carry Sheath

You can say I'll take it here in the thread, PM me or email me. All questions/comments welcome. Thanks. Garrett

I covet this knife.

Currently broke, and restricted to 3.5" blade length.

Looks like it'd be very comfortable in the hand.

Thanks for the compliment. Yes, it is very comfortable in hand. Now I know why the persian style worked for so long. Makes a great utility knife or fighter.

This knife is funky. The sheath arangement w/ the knife is stunning. Very compact, to the point, yet stylish & elegant.
Really a big fan of this knife, would be great w/ skinning & field dressing tasks.
