This is a BRAND NEW Garrett THD Tactical metal detector, only used one week, less than a dozen times. Functions flawlessly. Comes with a holster that fits a duty belt or can be attached via Velcro to any hard surface. Runs on a single 9V battery (included). Device is rubberized, impact and weather resistant, and has a LED flashlight at the tip. It is roughly the size of an ASP baton, but a lot lighter. Vibrates in the presence of metal and a red LED comes on. Must be held approximately 3" (or closer) to pockets. Will detect small items like gum wrappers and hypodermic needles. Vibrates harder with bigger items such as knives.
I purchased this for use at work, but the client decided that they do not want people being scanned at the site. MRSP is $200. I am asking only $70, fees and postage included. CONUS only, PayPal only. Trade value is significantly higher. Would consider trading only for Spyderco hawkbills or Perrin customs. No box or papers included.
