Got these last year, but my wife never warmed upto them as they have a thin stock (the stubby is slightly thicker). Chefs style 10.75" overall with a 6.5" blade and 1.5" wide and .050 thick (SOLD). They have been freehand sharpened, and have convex edges. Both are S35VN. They have seen no use apart from a few veggies, and have been sitting in the knife drawer all along. They may require sharpening, but I am no expert, so I'll leave it to the buyer to decide.
