Just wanted to post about my new Sebbie, and my dealings with Gary. I ordered a new classic sebbie Tuesday after searching around for one. Everyone seemed to be out of the small classics and then I checked with Gary at Moore Cutlery, and he happened to have one. I called and ended up speaking to him for quite a bit. Not only was the transaction simple and painless, but Gary is a very knowledgeable guy and great to talk to. I highly recommend him to everyone, in addition to the other great dealers we have out there. He gets a  in my book

I'll second that, Gary knows his sh1t. I stop and talk to him at the Badger show when I see him and end up hanging out at his table for a while to talk knives with a dealer who actually knows a lot about knives. Picked up a Obenauf and some production stuff from him last time.

Seems like a great guy. :)

So OilMan, you actually buy knives that AREN'T Striders?!:D hehe

I'm actually over my Strider kick. (Now that I have a bunch anyway.:) Plus I've got a Tanto SMF in my pocket right now. ) Now it's Campy Fixed blades like Rangers and Swamp Rats til my Darrel Ralph Gunhammer arrives. Woo Hoo. Only problem is I can't carry a RD9 in the pocket of my Dockers to work.:( :) Although my RAT3 would probably work.:D

I was buying knives from Gary when we were meeting at the parking lot of a gas station near his job back in 1997 or so - he was a top gentleman then and did me the favor of hooking me up with a hell of a hand to hand and knife guy to boot.

I've been meaning to say hi recently- thanks for reminding me to do so.
