There are quite a few great sheathmakers out there, but in 30 years of knife collecting the sheath I received from Gary has no equals. In addition I used to work in the largest saddle factory in the world as a teenager finishing bridles (meaning I have a little experience in leatherwork).

To top it off, I got to get a little closer friendship wise with a fine person.

Gary's work stands above any sheaths that I own.

Gotta agree with Gus. Gary's work is exceptional. Plus he is a great guy to deal with. If you want to treat one of your special knives to a special sheath, He is Da Man.

Indeed gentlemen, Gary's a great guy to deal with, and the quality of his leatherwork is way high.
I took delivery of a sheath for my old-style Sebenza, and it is just really sweet. I recommend G2 very highly.

All of you are quite correct. Gary is both an exceptional sheath maker and a great person to deal with. I have three so far

I have a matching pair of sheaths for a lg. and sm. Sebenza. G2 made them a month apart, but they still match!!! Pictures to follow... someday.

Easy guy to deal with... and very good at what he does!

hmmmmm Bob, it's the door frame that needs to be enlarged, but a leather door would be cool! I've read where they used to use leather for hinges on doors......

C4, I'm glad to hear they sort of match, was worried about that!
