Made by Gary Rodewald JS. 6 1/2 inch forged Damascus blade (6inch cutting edge), walrus ivory handle.

Here's a note from Gary about this knife:
"That particular knife was forged alittle over two years ago. The steel is comprised of 1084 and 15n20, around 800 layers as i recall. The pattern is a laddered w's. After the billet was made the blade was forged to shape. I do all my heat treating of forged blades in my shop with the use of a hightemp salt pot quenching into a very fast oil "Parks #50". The fossilized walrus was obtained by a knifemaker buddy"Neil Mckee" on a trip to Fairbanks ,Alaska. I still have in my possesion some of that tusk. The sheath, as always is made by a leathersmith friend "Gordon Kenley""

Comes with 2 sheaths, Gordon Kenley's and one by VessLeatherWorks w a rattlesnake inlay.
$SOLDUS shipped (insured/tracked) paypal included.

Nice knife. Is the handle a single piece of ivory or is it cut and mortised around the tang? I don't see an exposed tang in the photos--assuming it's either one-piece or mortised?

Any pics from above?

Thanks,
Will

Hi Will. It's a hidden tang with full/one piece walrus ivory handle. Please see below. Thanks!
