Gas grill - what to look for?

I have a Sears aluminum body grill with an H burner that I have been using for close to 30 years. I cook on it all year round even in winter when its 30 below. All the parts on it are replaceable, I have had to change out the burner many times over the years and the only parts that have not been changed are the burner controls and the body of the BBQ. Its been reliable and does a good job cooking food evenly. I have it hooked up to a 40 lb propane cylinder, I find the 20 lb ones inconvenient and expensive to fill.
