$2.79 at Costco, my wife told me she saw $2.77 at a Chevron after she got Costco. That's for 85 oct.

What kind of prices are yall seeing around the county? And (just to keep us here in North America from whineing too much) how about some prices from overseas folks?

Here in coastal Virginia I have seen from 2.99-3.50 ( 89 octane) as of the morning of September 1. @#$%@#%

I have been seeing $3.25 to $3.39 around here. (Detroit) I was just out to buy a lottery ticket and saw $2.99 at the BP station so I stopped in and topped off my tank.

In Northern Ireland we are now at about 97.9p a litre for petrol, although I have seen stations with higher prices.

That's about $1.80 per litre, or $8.19 per gallon. Diesel is rougly the same here.

Not good :( And it's just about to go up another 2-3p per litre.

Up here in eastern canada it's 1.39.9$ a liter.F*** I've had to cut back on my knife buying because if it.(THAT'S CROSSING THE LINE) :grumpy:

I paid $3.58 for mid-grade on Thursday (9/1). That was after trying to fight through the freaked out morons on Wednesday. I actually needed gas wednesday, then some dumbass said "we may run out of gas" and sent people flocking who probably didn't really need it. I drove around with my fuel light on until Thursday afternoon.

Today it was around $3.20 for mid-grade most places.

1,26 € here in Germany.

Per liter.

Thats 5,86 $ per gallon.
Premium is 5,96.

Not sure about diesel.

.40 cent drop is a start . We are consolidating out trips into one. Wife is volunteering at hospital today & will do industrial strength grocery shopping on return trip.
If you MUST travel, ask your neighbor if he needs to go too. We can cope IF we are sensible & practice conservation.

Please see my testing page in the political section . Windows is giving me industrial strenght bull-Durham. Sucher locks up & re-booting has failed to correct it . My X 4 post is a new problem.

I am a conservative & a patriot. Not 100 percent PC but am trying.

Figure the political police are after me ?

Uncle Alan
