Greetings everybody! Years ago this style from below the equator caught my eye so here’s yet another “westernized” Gaucho blade up for your consideration. I just love the profile and I hope you do too!

52100 - Dimensions - .145”x 11 9/16” OAL and 7 1/4” from tip to bolster, 6 5/8” edge and the height is 1 1/2”. There’s even some fancy filework on the spine! Hand sanded to 1200 grit for a clean satin finish. Paul Bos Heat Treat to 60/61.

The shallow swedge flairs at the tip for extra strength. It weighs 8 oz., the balances is on the front spacers and the edge was .012” before sharpening. The spine is well rounded for a comfortable thumb.

The handle features a stainless bolster and pommel with leather and elk. I used purple and yellow G10 and copper spacers to accent the piece. It’s finished to 1200 grit, oiled and waxed.

The premium sheath features the real Gaucho man and is a snug fit with great retention yet easy to deploy. So even if you’re not gonna go Gaucho’ing anytime soon this would still make a terrific BBQ blade and be right at home anywhere knives are used.

Your work has really progressed, John. That's one fine looking blade and a quality sheath. You should be proud.

Hey thanks F FatDogEarl , really appreciate it. Did I mention you cant find this in stores, and there's a strict limit of 1 due to supply chain shortages and it'll be discontinued after this? :D
