This is a blade design created and widely used in southern Brazil, being used mainly for barbecues. Also used for field work.

This knife has a very aggressive tip and thin geometry. Recomended for barbecues.

Once you use one on your barbecue you won't want another friend
I will use mine to simply cut off the meat from the rest of the ribs, not use mine to hold the meat in my mouth gaucho style and cut away from my face and jaw. I may accidentally shave my own neck!!
