Hello, today I leave this gaucho knife, called in South America as verijero, the name comes from its small size, it is suitable to carry on the verija, a gaucho way of calling the sintura. (a little history of the knife).
Returning to the piece, it is made of river of fire pattern damascus steel, composed of 1070 and 15n20 steels, the length of its blade is 5.1 "and its total length is 9.84", the reinforcement or button is integral and has file work, with a 24K gold inlay. The knob is also made of feather damascus. The wood is stabilized birch.
The cover will be similar to the one in the photos, made with traditional Argentine rope techniques, sewn with colt tientos. I can offer to embroider your initials on it.
The value is USD 850, payments via PayPal or bank transfer in the US.
Thanks for looking at my work! I hope you like it.
