I don't dare to call this knife as gaucho, since it has some different characteristics, but the style is the same, the geometry of the blade is very representative of this knife.
It is made of San Mai steel, with a 1095 core and 420 stainless steel sides, the wood is crown thorn, hardwood from northern Argentina. It is a great knife for everyday use! The cover is made of leather and is hand-sewn.
its measures are:
Blade length 5.9"
Overall length: 10.2"
Thickness: 0.16"
USD 320 shipped.
Hope you like! and also sell it soon!!:D:D:D

Great job..... Love when the capybara is swimming in the HAMON in your knives!!👍👍👍
