Are they selling them there? If so, how much?
I NEED to know!!!!!!!!
I NEED one.

Dennis, how is the blade measured? From tip to handle or tip to end of cutting edge?
guy

Neil, thanks for the reply. I asked because my Shadow III is listed at 4" and tip to handle is 4.25". I like the short GB and just dont need the hassle in a state like Texas that has a 5.5" law that says " on or about" in its regulations.

Does anyone know if these come serrated only like the 7" GB? A plain edge model would be a nice option.

I can't wait!

I talked to Bridget about it... and these will obly be available serrated... who knows... I'd like to see an unserrated version myself!

Anne said they brought 10 to the show to sell. I got mine from her and love it! I would've bought a GB anyway but really was glad the "Lite" version came out at Blade.
Anyway....at my age an extra 1.5" won't help that much!!!

Boy, I'd buy one of those in a heartbeat, but I hate combo - edge blades. CRK, please lose those serrations!

My 7" GB has 5½" of straight cutting blade "plus" 1½" of serrations! It's the best of both worlds! OK, if I have to explain it to you, it isn't worth it.

Seriously, the serrations CRK cuts are not like Benchmade or Spyderco or anyone else. You can sharpen these on a flat stone just like the regular edge. They are not "scalloped" like those other guys. Makes for a great combo edge!

Yeah, I don't have any use for serrations either but these I can live with. Chris's serrations are so subtle that they almost aren't there.

If that's the only thing keeping someone from purchasing one of these knives, I'd say they're probably suffering from "serrataphobia" or something. ;) They should see someone...get help. They're missing out on some great cutting tools.

I hate serrated edges with a passion, but I love the Green Beret. Don't let the tiny bit of serrations scare you off!

I'm another one that can do without serrations. However, 1.5" of serrations on a 7" blade is not a problem and my index finger can attest to how well they cut!
