Kifaru Highcamp 4800 - (more pictures below) This one has had some use but no rips or tears. OD Chest Rig- (Pictures below) Semper Paratus Tactical Made in the USA. I couldn't find much about the maker but I can tell you that it is well made and is extremely comfortable.
