For your consideration I have a #13 whip in muslin micarta for sale.
I picked this up here a couple weeks ago and the previous owner described it as like new in tube. I have no reason to doubt this, it looks in new condition with centered blade and no marks on covers or blade. Since I received this I have not used or carried it. It comes with tube and wax paper.
I am selling because I already have a Whip in micarta and have found a 13 whittler.
