I'm cleaning the knife drawer of a few I don't find myself carrying. First up are these two:
GEC #13 Whittler Muslin Micarta - Withdrawn
Schrade Wostenholm Stockman - $40
- I purchased this as "unused" and have not used or carried it myself
- 4" closed, stainless blades
- Tang stamps on main read "I*XL - Schrade / Wostenholm" on mark side and "Sheffield / England" on pile side
- Spey blade has a S stamp on the reverse side of tang
- Small gap between the center liner and one of the springs; see photo
- The edge of the sheepsfoot slopes up a bit toward the tip; see photos
- Blade etch is a bit faint on either end
- No box
