I don't think that is the right model number (or maybe picture?) for the spear blade boys knife. I think maybe it should be 152113.

Correct, but I believe the long pull spear was produced in 2013. In 2014 they had crescent nail nicks. Also, EC stands for End Cap. The pictured knife has a bare head, not an end cap.
