I have one that has a very strong pull and is very snappy and one that has a medium pull and is less snappy. I have heard from some people who reported mushy action. So it seems the full spectrum is there, but not sure what is the norm with this run.

I have a green marrow bone one and imho it’s darn near perfect. Blade pull is 6-7 and the W&T is nice and snappy. It’s a keeper

I was able to get one of each cover, and they are both just about perfect.

6.5 pull on each.

Got a green and a sawcut from Berry and they are both a 6-7 pull and very snappy. That’s even before a hot water flush actually.

I realized when this run started coming out that the almost all my #25s are spearpoints. I’ve got a few of the weird spearpoint-caplifters, and one sheepsfoot from several years back, but I didn’t have any clip point #25s. So, while I do wish this run had been carbon steel rather than stainless, I figured I had to get at least one.

I’m happy with the character of the marrow bone (I like marrow/soup bone, but like stag, it can be like playing the lottery when bought sight unseen).

I also took the opportunity to take a new pic of these two together. Both from 2015, both serial no. 50.
