USPS is fiddling around too much with these fiddlebacks. Mine came down to my neck of the woods in Texas, and now it’s going in the wrong direction to Indiana.

Well, I'm as pleased with the Beaver Tail 38 as I had hoped to be.

It's cool and quirky, fun and practical!

I just sharpened up both edges and the pattern continues to grow on me. I really like my 47 Harvester, and am also liking this smaller hawkbill and love the bulbous little spey/ budding blade.

For those unfamiliar with sharpening recurves, hawkbills and serrations, I highly recommend the Spyderco Sharp Maker. It has limitations, but is excellent for those tasks!

Mine didn’t go that far but it did make it to my town and then got sent 5 hrs away to Dallas and is now back again.
