Carried in a pocket sheath so it has the usually carry marks, but very light marks. I sharpened this knife, it has a little unevenness in the bevel and small area where I didnt get to the edge all the way. But this can be corrected easy enough if you know how to sharpen and the blades have plenty of life in them. This is not serialized
