With some regret, I am offering up my Northfield #85 Bullet End Jack. This is a GREAT knife! Feels wonderful in hand, with a nice Spear/Pen blade combo. I am trying to get my total edc down to a manageable 10 knives. I have migrated towards a Clip/Pen blade combo, so I am releasing this gem.
This knife is a 2011 production knife. #17 (hence the Hondo title....for any Celtics fan) of 35. The Cocobolo has darkened considerably, as I did carry this knife daily for the better part of 6 months. Bolsters are relatively scratch free as it rode in the front right pocket with a bandana/handkerchief. Fit & Finish is very good. Great snap!. Blade centering is about 55%/45% on the spear; and 60%/40% on the pen......NO RUB AT ALL. This knife has been well loved. Oiled consistently, REN waxed monthly; it is a pleasure to hold. Sharpened 1X. It does have a naturally conceived patina, that I have chosen to leave in case you want to build on it.
If you buy please use!! First 4 pics are current...last 2 from several months back. I have not carried this knife consistently for quite a while. Ships with tube, waxed paper, and of course....the birth certificate, signed by Ms. Tucker.
