I need to raise funds so I must part with some knives that I really like. Prices include USPS Priority Shipping CONUS. I can't ship outside the US, my local PO is enforcing an incorrect interpretation of regulations and they will not allow me to ship knives to international destinations. First "I'll take it" in this thread determines who will get the knife. I may be out of pocket tomorrow (Sunday Feb 2) so any responses tomorrow might have to wait until I can take care of it on Monday.
First is a GEC 85 LL with African Blackwood scales. It has been sharpened, carried, and lightly used. Comes with the tube. Asking $SOLD.
Second is a Lionsteel Shuffler with white linen micarta scales. This is NIB, never carried, sharpened, or used. Asking $Sold.
Third is a French Violin knife. It is 4 5/16" closed, with a 3 3/8" blade. Scales are kingwood, blade is 12C27. Snap is good, about 4-5. You may notice that the point of the blade is slightly proud when closed. That is because I put a little Al foil in the blade well to keep it from snapping shut into the backspring. I never verified if it actually has blade rap, I just automatically do this with any French knives because I know it is often a problem with them. As you can see from the pictures, it has some gaps on the backspring. Asking $45.
