GEC..About To Buy 2..Your Favorite Pattern Is?

I love my 56 dogleg jack with clip and pen blades but I'm not sure how avaliable they are now. It is really a stout heavy duty little jack that carries very well because it's so rounded on both ends as well as the scales. My single bladed 15 one armed bandit is just really cool and handy when I only have one free hand.
A couple others that I really like are the two bladed 73's and the 48 pattern with clip and pen blades. My 72 lockback with a spear blade also see's regular carry. It's thin and carries well but is a big knife in the hand when I need it to be.

Starting out with GEC, I would recommend the #85 or the #92 in their 2-blade jack configurations. Medium size, medium number of blades-- either of these will do almost anything asked of them, and allow you to decide what direction you might want to go for your next purchase (there will be a next purchase ;)).

I don't care for the heavier, bulkier patterns. So I'd choose a #15 and a #68. Of course that depends on the availability of desirable handle materials, and of course which models are currently available in spear point. ;)

I have four so far. My favorites in order are the 66, 92, 06, 76. Hoping to add an 85 soon.

I'll put the #12 Powderhorn out there for consideration. To me the two blade Powderhorn feels better in hand than the single blade toothpick. At 4" closed, the curved shape feels smaller in pocket than it's size, and in hand offers a very comfortable, secure grip.

I have so many favorites but if I had to narrow it down I would have to say the 76 Outlaw Jack and the 66 in any of it's variations.

My favorite are the #48 and #33. The #48 being a great do everything you expect a pocket knife to do type of knife and the #33 an awesome amount of blade in a small slim package, easy to carry everyday. I find these 2 really do it all for me but I have a lot more gets than that...

For you, what do you use your knives for? Do you carry more than 1 knife? Size or steel preferences? Answering these can help narrow down the selections a bit.

I really like my single blade model 73. It has a blade short enough for daily use and it is large enough to be comfortable to use.

Of what I've had so far, 72LB and 42LB. Just got a 77 forum knife and digging it as well. Way to may to choose. A 15 variant is probably next.

#15 is my favorite pattern. It's big enough to be comfortable in hand while doing the things I need a knife to do, yet small enough to carry well. Second choice depends on my mood, maybe a #68 (smaller easier to carry and open), a #73 (it locks) or an #85 (because I like it).

My favorite frames are #15 and #66. These two are just so easy in the pocket. Bolth of the jack knife variation.

Top two would be the 85 and 79 patterns. High up the list are also the 48, 55, 77, 62, 92 and 15.

Boy....picking only two is nigh impossible. However, if you put a gun to my head, I like the 77 Jack and the 66 slim . At least that's my pick this week....(next week it will probably be different).

I can only say the bull nose and bull buster, they are the only gec that I own. My fav would be the bullnose it may not be a beauty but its a joy to use,
