In a nutshell, I re-contoured the micarta to make it more visually appealing as well as much more comfortable in the hand. In doing so, the shadow bushing loses the stampings and has a much more "custom" look to it. I also took down the back spring so that it is a flush transition to the spine of the blade. I took the micarta to a worn 320 grit belt so it has just a slight bit of texture, but I'll gladly take it all the way to 2000 grit if the buyer wants it a higher polish.
