GEC company and their fixed blade knife curve balls...

I don't have any of their fixed blades so I may be wrong but I understood that some of the first no 50 and 60 patterns were stainless with acorn shields.

The key is in the tang stamps. Titusville Iron Works for 1095 and Cyclops Steel Works for 440C.

It mentioned that the pattern #10, (which is the pattern I purchased), was the first pattern Gec put out in their fixed blade knives. I know they have drifted to making patterns that are based on their pocket knives.... but those just do not do a thing for me. They are very nice as well.... but the #10 pattern is more to my flavor :-) Hey, thanks again for sharing the video link :-)
