Mamba, that stainless white collar is a real sight for sore eyes! Is it a 73 and what year? Their stainless is proper stuff too. Thanks, W
 
Yes fellas, the white scout is ivory casein. It has 440C stainless blades as well.

It is a rare handle material. They made 134 of these in 2007, plus 10 more in the #23 Pioneer pattern. To my knowledge, that's it.

I recently saw one of the Pioneers in casein on some guy's website for $700. Don't think he'll get it, but it gives you some idea how rare they are.
 
What about the #89 Executive/Melon whittler for the white collar bunch? It's a really slim piece at the same length as the toothpicks.
