certainly gonna be looking at these re handle material(a big selling point for mine).
Fausto-know what you mean about beefiness- eg northfield powderhorn is a beefier knife than gec toothpick.
I like the beef but not up to whaler meat level beefiness.

Looks like a three-springer to me :(

I am still interested to see it when finished though. It looks like the 2nd and 3rd springs are pretty thin. Maybe the knife won't be too chunky.
