I like stag, and I think I like this Churchill pattern, but for some reason I don't like stag on this pattern. I would like to trade for a Churchill in ebony...would be willing to make that trade straight across despite the retail difference. I'm always open to other trades though...GEC or other traditionals.

Details on this knife. I received this knife a few days ago. It has been in my pocket a couple of times, but it has not been used. Action on both blades very good in my opinion. Good snap open, slightly lazier closing, hasn't been flushed yet. The main clip blade was just slightly proud, so I filed the kick just enough to bring it in the liner. I also filed the kick on the sheepsfoot a roughly equal amount, just to keep the blade peaks even when closed. These were very slight adjustments. You have to use a fingernail to find any lack of flush-ness on the backspring. The sheepsfoot blade does rub the liner when closing (not when opening since pressure on the nail nick takes it off the liner).

I'm being pretty hard on the knife in my description, but I'd prefer that you find it better than you expect, not worse.
