It has never been carried, used, or sharpened outside of the factory. The blade has strong snap in, out, and at the half stop and is perfectly centered. It locks up tight with just a bit of side to side wobble. The burnt stag covers are pristine with no chips, crack, or flaws of any kind. But for a rub on the pile side of the blade and the beginning of a couple of pepper spots, this knife would be perfect. he original tube, wrapper, and certificate of authenticity are included.
