GEC Scout?

Can Opener's are handy, but a pen would be more useful. Still, I'd have to get one. I expect the cost would be close to $200.

With the 53 cigar pattern being 4 1/4" I think it would be slightly large, but then again, no one else is making one that is of a LARGE variety. A 68 would be a more compact version, but I'd like to see it fall somewhere in between these two patterns. Like the "medium Barlow", a medium Cigar???

I'll take the 4.25 Super Scout, please.

That would be over priced, and if accurate is probably why GEC hasn't made one.

I've been wanting to buy a new scout for a while, but there aren't many with natural covers and carbon steel. The remington remakes look pretty cool, and I've been about to pull the trigger on a Queen scout (maybe a promethius design?) is there a reason that people don't seem to have taken to the new Queens? They are around $150 to $200 though, and all have stainless. Most are 420 I think, but there are some with ats 34 I think.

Think you answered your own question right there, especially when you can often buy excellent condition vintage USA made scouts for $20 or less.
