Just looking for a little advice. I have always been a W.R. Case SS fan. had and still have a few. I recently bought a couple GEC knives. I always oil joints and wipe blades down with oil. I have gotten rust spider webs on both knives. I know the 1095 takes a little upkeep but i'm ready to write them off (GEC). I have other knives with what i think is 1095 ( old usa schrade, blue grass winchester repo). Sure they blue up (ok), but they don't rust. Any comments would be appreciated.
