They have never been carried, used, or resharpened. The blades have good snap and are well centered. Here's a 2009 Tidioute Toothpick, model 128109, with beautiful Mexican Bocote covers. This one is serial number 14 of only 22 that were made. All of the 22 had serial numbers. However, the blade reads 1 of 50. I assume that GEC had anticipated producing 50 of these but only turned out 22.
