I have two GEC users here. The first is the 2011 forum knife. Been sharpened by previous owner. Can see a few scuffs on the blade, nothing bad or out of the ordinary. Looking to get SOLD shipped to your door with all fees included.
Second is a Montana workhorse #79. I am the original owner, just buffed away the patina. Some faint stuff is still their but for a user this one looks pretty good. I used sandpaper on the micarta awhile back to open up the grain a little. It has added traction and when wet it almost feels sticky in your hand, great grip. I also like how it opened the grain up and added some color. If kept oiled the micarta takes on a very rich color. The pictures speak to its looks, functions flawless and is ready to go to work. Looking to get $65 shipped on this one.
Both knives come with their tubes. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, MO is ok but will have to wait till I recieve it before it ships. Any questions or if you want more pics please feel free to ask.
Only trades I am interested in are other GEC's particularly a 66 northfield moose, maybe some others but I am picky and really selling these to fund some new GEC's. Offers are always welcome, thanks.
