GEC Warranty : Vipers 10/10

A rave on GEC's Warranty Service. I sent two of my GEC Vipers in for warranty service that arrived in Titusville two weeks ago on the dot. My very first GEC in Peachseed Jigged Bone and one covered in Osage Orange off the exchange that to my dismay came with blade play. I emailed them this morning about possibly finding out the status of my knives there at the factory and got an email soon after saying that they had sent the two viper this past Friday. Almost immediately to my surprise the postman dropped off a package from GEC. All issues were resolved with the knives and both came back perfect. I appreciate the time GEC takes to handle Warranty given their busy schedule churning out the knives we enjoy collecting so much.

Never hesitate to send in your knives to GEC if any problem arises, they take care of you well~

That's great news! I think this belongs in Feedback GB&U though. Moving it there now.
 
Very nice, I truly love the Viper, great sized and well made.
Good to hear that the issues were repaired.

Love the Viper.. I have a beutiful stag version . Thing is so sharp. How do I know I was showing off a cool one handed closing move and it snapped down on my pinky and cut my nail in half almost split my finger in two. That had to be one of the dumbest mistakes I have ever made with a knife,,, But great news you are happy !!!
