I sent in my 99 two weeks ago to the provided address (701 E Spring St, Titusville, PA 16354) along with a note card reminding them of the issues and also including my email address, return address and phone number... It could be that Im paranoid or that Im used to super fast warranty services but I am a little concerned. How long is the wait for you guys and/or is my concern unwarranted(pun intended).

I sent in one well over two months ago have contacted chris and she said its in the queue, but takes a while. Not sure what their process is.

Hey there thefirstsuspect, it'll generally take you a month from my experience (3 warranty services and counting now) If so I'd just email Chris at the end of 4 weeks and see where things are. One time I emailed her and the next day it was at my doorstep~

GEC only has one or two people that handle the repairs and they can only get to a few at a time since they work on the regular productions also. It all depends on how busy they are and there are many production knives coming down the pipeline right now with the 47's rolling out and 85's on the horizon. I've only sent one in for a repair and it took a little over a month.

I would expect a month or so. It's difficult to say because I'm sure it depends on their work load at the time it's sent in and what needs to be fixed on your knife. I sent one in a couple months ago and got it back in 3-4 weeks.

This is more about customer service so I'm moving this to Feedback.

I waited six months for one of the cracked covers of a knife to be replaced. GEC made such a mess of the knife that I haven't carried it since. I was really appalled that they returned it to me afterwards :(
